Shipping Methods and Rates
Our shipping carrier does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they delivery to Post Office boxes.
APO/FPO and PO Box orders will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, please allow 10 to 12 business days for delivery. Due to USPS shipping regulations, certain restricted products cannot ship to these locations (see Restricted Products below for a complete list).
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail (no PO Box/APO/FPO addresses), plus an additional surcharge will be applied; please allow 10 to 12 business days for delivery. Due to USPS shipping regulations, certain restricted products cannot ship to Alaska and Hawaii using USPS Priority Mail (see Restricted Products below for a complete list). Orders containing any Restricted Products will instead be shipped using standard USPS, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time (with the exception of APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. territories).
COVID-19 Processing Delays
Please know the health and safety of our customers and employees is so important to us. We are following state and local guidance and taking enhanced precautions in preparing your order for shipment. As a result, your order is experiencing processing delays coupled with universal shipping delays with our carriers. That being said, you should still expect your orders within 5-12 business days from the day you placed it! As soon as your order ships you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If your order does not arrive within 2-3 days of the estimated delivery or delivery date please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for further assistance (https://www.style-site.com/contactus).

Shipping Regulation Products (applies to travel sizes as well)
If an order contains one of these products, the entire shipment must ship by ground. Additionally, these products cannot be shipped at all to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO locations and PO Boxes.
Style Site is pleased to offer free standard shipping to My Style Site members for orders totaling $100 or more.
We regret that we do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
Upon check-out, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. If the product(s) received do not comply with your order or if the content of the parcel has been damaged, please contact a Style Site Customer Representative at 1-877-254-9949 or or go to our contact us form to coordinate a replacement order. Inquiries should be reported as soon as possible if not within 5 business days and include pictures of the damaged or miss-shipped product(s).
Multiple Ship to Addresses
Currently, style-site.com does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the basket that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.
